CVS on Laskin Road at Hilltop lost my business yesterday. The rude pharmacist that refused to give me her name when asked ruined it for CVS. She was rude at the drive thru when I arrived after surgery for my medication, then she continued to be rude when I waited inside for my Rx to be filled. Don't use CVS, they don't seem to care about customer service. (While I was waiting, I watched her be rude to another woman that had questions about the OTC medications covered by her plan. She was dismissive and made the woman feel stupid. The woman left without buying anything or picking up her Rx). Do better CVS.

The store is great. Pharmacy sucks. Girl at the pick up counter looked my black behind in the face and walked right from behind the counter. Service was trash.

Get your prescriptions filled anywhere but here. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service, particularly with the pharmacist. They did not fill the correct prescription for me and I notified them. They told me to come back in an hour so they could get the correct one. I said I could come back the next day. They said to call first to confirm they filled the correct one. The next day I did that, nobody answered so I left a voicemail. On the answering machine it said someone would call me back within 1 hour. 3 hrs went by and nobody called so I went to pick it up. They got it wrong again and told me to come back in 30 min, which I did, and they STILL got it wrong after having just spoken to them. When I told them it was wrong again, they went to get the correct medicine and only had 1 month supply. My prescription is for 3 months. I asked how it would be noted that I only picked up 1 month and still needed 2 more. The pharmacist told me just to come in later and ask for the missing 2 month supply. I don’t trust that will work since this whole issue was so poorly documented and handled. This is not the first time this has happened and then I have to bug my doc to get a renewed prescription since this CVS keeps messing up. I followed the pharmacist’s instructions, exactly as he directed me to do so on this issue, and it was still not done correctly. It took 4 times for them to get it 1/3 of the way correct. They were pretty annoyed with me (and didn’t try to hide it) becuase I kindly kept asking for the correct meds and for the supply I’m prescribed. Really, go somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your time.

I pulled to pharmacy at 545 pm on a Sunday, Myra waited on me which she was very polite and supportive . Myra seen that I have a lot of allergies to a lot of educations .. she told me to hold on for a second and she went to get the pharmacist that was on duty and she was a lady pharmacist and Myra showed her the screen .. because she was concerned that I have allergies to a lot of pain medication .. so she could have just given me the medication that was prescribed to me .. instead she had the photo check on me and let me know that the person who was getting this medication has sever allergies to a lot of medication , I let her know I was the patient and that the only pain medication I could take with Benadryl.. I was so happy that she did this because she was concerned … I wanna say to these too strong women thank you for being alert and observant enough and did not get rid of me because they were getting ready to close .. all I want to say is thank you to this staff .. This CVS has the worst customer service. You are not greeted, not even hardly acknowledged. I miss the Farm Fresh Pharmacies!!

CVS allows me to schedule appointments after work and I can conveniently pickup my prescriptions at the same place. Makes life much easier than going to my regular doctor for every day illnesses.

Great pharmacists and professional staff. Unfortunately they are always, repeat always, seemingly one clerk short. Attempting to call in and talk to a real person is a tortuous trip, in my experience 80% of the time ending in being disconnected or immediately hung up on before speaking to anyone, and 10+ minutes on recording hold.

Worst customer service ever. This lady Kerrianne (is what my receipt says) is so mean and disrespectful and trust me I’m a very tolerant person but her behavior with clients is unacceptable. If CVS really cares about its customers, it should care about the customer service its employees are providing.

Unprofessional staff! kerri anne needs to be let go. nobody would want someone like her working for their store. we will not be coming back. I came in to get my wife medication and was on the phone making sure I got everything on the shopping list when it was my turn to checkout. Went up to the desk and she never greeted me but had the urge to say "you haven't even looked at me once, its new years you couldn't say "happy new years" or nothing. no happy holiday. pshh." So I respond "what? my wifes been sick for 2 weeks, god damn." meaning im just here trying to get back home to her with this medicine and im listening to her on the phone making sure she doesn't need anything else before I leave. She is the worker, she is the greeter. Literally being paid to greet... I will never go there again. crazy
