“I needed a grand daughter Birthday card. Several nice choices for 50 cents. Loaf of wheat bread and ear phones. Shocked at wide assortment. The store was fully stocked and extremely organized. 5 or 6 associates in store stocking shelves without blocking aisles.”
“Used to find a lot of items I needed and liked there. Since the economy drove the prices up their stock isn't the same and of course you spend more for less. Still a great deal for what you get but available items change and you get what you can.”
“Dollar General is a go to store for grabbing things, it's a mix between a grocery store and a convenience store... the prices are of course cheaper, and there's a mixture of things within it!”

“The best bath soaps and self care items. Kitchen items, pens and paper. seasonal decorative items , greeting cards galore. A great store. I love it. And sometimes you can get the best ceramic dinnerware from China. Thumbs up. Reminds me of the old school five and dime!”
“August 2022. While on vacation, stopped by this Dollar General Store to pick up some coffee. It is probably the biggest Dollar General store I've been inside. Upon entering a very clean & spacious aisles to push the buggy cart thru. Everything was fully stocked. A Friendly cashier at the checkout. I will definitely visit this store if ever in the area again.”
“Jay was great! We had a coupon and some BOGO's. The register did not cooperate. Our cashier was very courteous but had Jay step in. Jay voided the order and started over. She was very patient and understanding. Great staff at this store.”

“It's a rare store that doesn't look like a war zone. The merchandise manager was busy stocking items that were on a couple of carts that came in off the truck. Other stores could look like this, IF corporate had 1 extra person on the floor, stocking items. The stores that ARE disasters are due to corporate not wanting to pay for at least 1 extra person per store to stock merchandise - not the store managers.”
“This store is nice.I love their balloons and I can get some great smaller dog toys and candles inside.I primarily come here for party supplies bc the prices cannot be beat - balloons, tablecloths (throw-away party decor ones), plates, cups, cutlery, it's all the best prices you'll ever find here. As well as holiday and occasion cards which are ridiculously expensive.They also have a cute seasonal holiday decor section with cute little items and fun things with crafts for kids.It's surprising the goodies you can find in this store once you are here and walking around.”

“Finally decided to stop at this new Dollar Tree located in Loehmans Plaza and it was so nice to see such a organized and clean store. I had come here to look at their Christmas decorations and found a ton of stuff. Dollar Tree has definitely upped their game on Christmas items. I got cute Christmas linen placemats, fake greenery, mini pink ornaments and some other things I needed as well. I really liked their Holiday ware and wanted to get the white/snowflake themed ones so badly but I held off. I will probably regret that decision later lol I will definitely be visiting this dollar tree again in the future!”
“This is a nice, well-stocked and clean Dollar Tree with friendly staff.
I've stopped in a few times to browse for party items and some snacks when we're hosting events and have always found it to be clean, well-kept and have tons of items available to suit my needs.
Checkout is pretty quick and they have helium balloons here for $1.25 each - cheaper than anywhere else!”
“My shopping experience is always great at the Magic Hollow Dollar Tree location! The other day I went to buy air freshener and ended up buying even more fun stuff than I originally planned, like when you go in planning to buy one thing and leave with armfuls of bags instead! Lol it was one of those times. Anyway, the cashier Josh was awesome as always! He was super friendly and professional ringing up my many purchases, but most of all he was patient with how much I bought and he rang up all of my items quickly and efficiently. Even with a line of customers starting to form behind me because I bought so much stuff, he still had a positive attitude and a smile on his face. That's some high quality service with not only keeping your cool under pressure, but also treating your customers with quality service making them feel valued as a customer rather than just another transaction. Josh made my shopping experience awesome and definitely deserves all the praise and recognition for his exemplary customer service!! Thank you for being so awesome Josh! Oh, also the store was very clean and well stocked too!”

“Huge huge huge Shout out to Mary W… so long story short; I have my entire house decorated into a winter wonderland before Halloween every year. I dress up as Mrs. Claus and give out candy canes and chocolate to the kids for Halloween. Usually by this time of year a lot of the stores have the candy canes out but not this year. I went into Family Dollar praying I would find some and nothing…. so I asked Mary is she by chance had a hidden stash in the back that hadn’t came out yet and with no hesitation she said, “let me see what I can find.” She came back with not only boxes of candy canes but also peppermint spoons. She was so sweet and I know she didn’t have to go the extra mile for me for those candy canes but she did and I appreciate her so much. My Halloween would not have been the same without them so to her I am forever grateful ? Thank you Mary for making my day just a little bit brighter !!! She is the true definition of what customer service is all about!!!”

“I’m not a big dollar tree person and the purpose of this review is to give credit to the employees working the store around 5:45PM 3/27/25. There was a customer in there being loud and obnoxious. He was extremely profane and was complaining about everything. He was insulting the employees saying “those rich (expletive expletive) wish they were me” and saying extremely racist things about a couple of the employees.
I am really impressed that they did not engage him and just ignored him no matter how much it was eating them up.
I, however, wasn’t happy being in there with my daughter and wife hearing him swearing as loud as he could so when he told one girl to “get the (expletive) out of here” I yelled back, “how about you get out!” He left laughing like a (expletive) but at least he left.
I saw first hand a tremendous level of restraint from those employees and they deserved for someone to have their back.”

“Some unique items. Quite a bit of variety and I would say some of the choices are better quality than Dollar Tree, but the prices are not as low. Some items were broken or not stocked. The staff was friendly, cheerful and informative about upcoming events.”

“Those ladies in that store work there butts off to try and keep the shelves stocked and straighten out. But it's hard to do when people let their kids run around pulling everything off the shelves and the adult is supposed to be maintaining them and they don't do so. But then other people complain about the mess they are there to keep the shelves stocked and orderly but not there to be anyone's free babysitter while they on the phone watching your children tear the whole store up and then walk out.knowing what in the hell they did SMH.Get it together”
