“I first i thought he was just never going to get done. I paid him up front realized he also had to order parts which was a major hold up because the wrong parts came but when that finally got straight he was able to cone and finish the job. Took a couple weeks but the tv is running beautifully, no static coming from volume, the color is vibrant and it is over 10 yrs old! Very happy with end results. Will use his service again. “Hi, I have had good experiences dealing with Best Buy for the most part. They are a little pricey for TV installations, but they makeup for it with their TV sales. The Geeks Squad does not repair bad backlights or LED strips on TVs. I do those types of repairs. I own a company called Affordable Mobile TV Repair and we routinely do those repairs , saving our customers lots of $$$! Anyway, if you have a simple type of repair, I would contact the Geeks, but definitely contact us for more involved technical repairs, and free over the phone repair estimates.”
