This is the first time we used a mobile repair for anything and our 70” tv decided to stop working so we contacted Wayne and he was able to get to us within just a couple days and fixed our tv in our own home within a couple hours and very reasonably priced. “Twice I’ve had an excellent experience - I walked in with my iPhone not working and walked out in less than 30 minutes with it fixed. Awesome!! The technician was able to fix my iPhone quickly and for a reasonable price, no pitch was made to sell me something I didn’t want or need. This was such a positive experience compared to “Genius Bar” where one must have an appointment and frequently the bar has tried to sell me something.”

“Hi, I have had good experiences dealing with Best Buy for the most part. They are a little pricey for TV installations, but they makeup for it with their TV sales. The Geeks Squad does not repair bad backlights or LED strips on TVs. I do those types of repairs. I own a company called Affordable Mobile TV Repair and we routinely do those repairs , saving our customers lots of $$$! Anyway, if you have a simple type of repair, I would contact the Geeks, but definitely contact us for more involved technical repairs, and free over the phone repair estimates.”

“Batu hooked it up! My iPhone screen was unresponsive and had a black blob at the bottom of the screen. He took one look at my phone and knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained the process. I got a new screen, protector, and Otterbox case for $125 out the door and it took him one hour. Really helped me out. Would recommend this store to anyone and ask for Batu”
