“It took 3 visits (and wasted a week) before I found out that replacing my screen was not the route I had to go, but that I needed to return my phone and wait to get credited $ to purchase a replacement. They didn't tell me that the first two visits, but ordered a new screen for me, wasting my time. This 3rd time, however, the technician got it right and was clear and helpful.”

“Trying since 2-10=23 to have the HVAC unit fixed or replaced.It was purchased in 2007 from Sears with the Sears Master Protection Plan and it is still not fixed.They keep saying it is out of date for parts but still looking for parts. I think 7 months with no Heat or AC is enough.This is a waste of money as they have paid thousands of $ in service call.The Tech was nice. but he is just doing his job and the last 3 times there were 3 trucks and 4 men. out for over 6 hours. No wonder the company has no stores and no repairs.This unit is at a friends house who is 86 and husband91that can't use a computer and has a problem hearing, so I handle itfor them.They are both very sick and this is abuse I think.”
