“I needed a replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop. I verified the model battery and ordered it online. It arrived quickly but I saw that it was the short cable and not the long cable shown. I called and was quickly helped without question. A new battery was shipped that day with a return label included. The new battery was received and installed but encountered problems. I worked with Joel to troubleshoot and we determined the battery was not working. I opted to return the battery and continue using the laptop as a desktop without a battery. Although it didn't fix my problem, the earnest customer support is superb and I will return to LaptopBatteryExpress in the future.”

My Fridge compressor motor broke on a Sunday, he was at my house Monday at 10am, ordered the part needed which came on Tuesday, back Weds at 9am to install the part. I see other posts talking about the service cost, yes they are higher but the was expedited service was well worth it!”

“Great business I called to have a screen replaced on an old tablet needless to say he told me it wasn't worth bringing in for the repair because my tablet was so old. I did further research and found out that he was correct I probably will end up getting their screen replaced at some point and when I do it'll be shattered mobile. Thank bro”
