On Saturday, August 22, 2026, Serenity was essentially handling the workload of three (3) Customer Service Representatives, as she was the ONLY REPRESENTATIVE working that day.
Despite the challenge of assisting numerous customers entirely on her own, Serenity remained spirited, professional, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to every customer.

“I had the misfortune of my cell phone falling in river.and all the hassles of getting a new phone, complicated by having a business account. This was made worse by the fact I didn’t know cloud password as it was stored on the phone. Through experiences with Ethan and TJ over several visits and numerous glitches and them staying far past closing time….. I am back on line. They both were compassionate first, then competent and professional.

“I went to see if AT&T could help me on August 13 .I wasent sure ,What kind of phone and if I could maybe get a upgrade .But wasent sure what to go with .We'll when I went in I was thinking there not gonna have the time or listen to my concerns ,But I was very surprised, I had gotten a worker ,Whose name is Kevin .He was very professional and very helpful with explaining everything i had asked about the new phone I wanted to buy .He helped and was very patient and kind and that was one employee who made my day .I left with my husband and was so very happy and content with my new phone .So if you really need help or someone very knowledgeable about there products they carry .And have a lot of corcerns about what kind of phone you truly like but not sure it's right for you ,He was excellent in knowledge and and truly cares about the customers being happy with the phones they pick ,Just ask for Kevin when you walk in .HE'S a excellent employee.!! “Twice I’ve had an excellent experience - I walked in with my iPhone not working and walked out in less than 30 minutes with it fixed. Awesome!! The technician was able to fix my iPhone quickly and for a reasonable price, no pitch was made to sell me something I didn’t want or need. This was such a positive experience compared to “Genius Bar” where one must have an appointment and frequently the bar has tried to sell me something.”
“Great staff, Alex helped me setting up a brand new iPhone 17 Pro and took care of setting it up a transferring all data! He took the old phone and sent it in for me.
Been to other stores, they gave me the box and told me to set it up at home! Then told me to mail in the old phone before I got credit back.
Highly recommend if you’re going to upgrade to go here so much better service!!”
