“This is my primary investment firm and I've been here for in-person meetings with my advisor a couple of times.Parking is easy - there is available 2-hour street parking parallel if you can find it - if not, there is always some available in the nearby lot attached to West Elm and you can walk through the pass-through to get here in 2 minutes.This is a newer office - opened just before the pandemic - and is spacious and clean. Offices are nice and the receptionist with greet you and offer some refreshment as you wait for your appointment.”

“Amazing experience all around. I dropped off my paperwork, was asked some questions and they called me when everything was almost done. Explained very clearly and gave me different options for my refund. Cost was about 800 for 3 different taxes which I didn't think was bad. Portia was extremely professional, honestly one of the most professional tax people I've ever met. They sent me a copy of my taxes because I never picked them up and offered to mail it instead. When it arrived, they packed cute gifts with it. The organization of the paperwork also blew me away! Just Black excellence all around.”
