I HATE TAXES !!! And, every year I go into a complete NERVOUS BREAKDOWN in the month of December (Year ending) before ( Year beginning) the start of NEW TAX YEAR. This team begins and really has to get me calmed down so I can think and get my stuff together. They have a WONDERFUL FRONT DESK Staff that makes sure All CALLS get to my Tax Preparer and Jonathan always calls me back! I am also, updated at what phase they are in and what things are looking like, so I can get prepared for what is coming! Customer Service at its BEST!!
Thank you Andrea, Savannah, Jonathan and I am sure there are many more who are involved (that I don’t about) that work to make everything go into play! All these people hold my hand and make sure the return is complete and taxes are paid!!! They are worth everything I pay for their services and I feel complete peace when I walk out! “This is my primary investment firm and I've been here for in-person meetings with my advisor a couple of times.Parking is easy - there is available 2-hour street parking parallel if you can find it - if not, there is always some available in the nearby lot attached to West Elm and you can walk through the pass-through to get here in 2 minutes.This is a newer office - opened just before the pandemic - and is spacious and clean. Offices are nice and the receptionist with greet you and offer some refreshment as you wait for your appointment.”
