I have spent countless hours on hold pretty much daily. I am trying to get a purchase from my debit card thru, they say it's fraud alerts, but I use this merchant daily for 2 years and go thru the same thing daily. Today they said that they can't do anything about it and to use a different card. This is 1 star customer...
