Absolutely amazing gym, it's clean, has about everything you need for your workout. The staff are great, if you're unsure how to use a machine they'll show you no problem at all.The only con about the place is it's not 24hrs but the vibe makes up for it.

I like working out at flex gym, they have the steal to inhance your strength and build up the body. Its also a place to come and get the massage toy need when the body is sore.
