Been going for years. There's always something new to play with along with the standard weights and machines. Staff is awesome as are the patrons.

Great gym for bodybuilding, powerlifting, general workout and community. I’ve grown so much not only because of the Team Flex powerlifting team, but also because of the mentality of Flex gym. The people and staff have become my family and looking forward to see the growth and future of Flex gym.
