Updates are great, cross fit area, gym, sauna, cardio, basketball court...small gym but has everything you need plus an outdoor area

Nice facility that is continuing improvements.Not sure what the thousands of dollars of spin bikes are doing there with no classes scheduled.Great yoga class, though the noise from the machines (especially the treadmills) made it very not-yoga, as with the fishbowl style of the room.
