“So far, not good at all. Placed order on 8/16. I received a confirmation and an order number. That was it for over two weeks. I reached out and was asked for grace due to Labor Day Holiday. Here we are 2/3 through the business day and.... nothing. Tried calling, went to VM. Message left. Waiting on response via phone or email until 5 pm today and after then I will be entering a fraud claim with my card issuer. At this point I just want the truth, which is more than what I feel I am getting at this point. I received the order on the next day after this post. Great job of addressing the problem, but not a good job of communicating on the front end.”

“My son wanted to visit a card shop for the first time and bring his cards for trading. The staff at B&B knocked the assignment out of the park. They took the time talk with him, to look at some of his cards, and trade with him which made him feel like a real collector. Once we were done he left with a smile from ear to ear. Thanks B&B!”

“My last few experiences with Michaels has been in their framing shop. I’ve been to this store before, but it’s been a very long time. After a year delay my son decided he wanted Dad to frame his diploma from last year. I researched and purchased the frame from a school vendor they recommended. However, Michael’s offers many options to purchase frames from them. My first visit staff inspected the frame and diploma and took measurements. The cost was $10 + tax which was very fair. The turnaround time was promised in a day, or two. I received a message it was completed within 24 hours. Pick up was pretty smooth after pushing the button for staff with no one at the counter. The staff pulled the frame from the ready to pick up at the front counter. It’s was nicely wrapped and ready for delivery. The packing was unwrapped for my approval. It looked amazing! I would absolutely recommend Michael’s Frame shop.”

“I came in for the 1st time Saturday. I really enjoyed it. There's a sports side and a pokemon side which was pretty cool. The sports side is pretty big, so if sports cards/memorabilia is your thing, this is definitely a place to check out. I cant say too much about that side but it sounded like people were having a good time talking about sports, etc. I did step in for a minute, they definitely had a huge collection to look at. Me, though, I mainly stayed on the pokemon side. They had a decent amount of cards to look at. The worker behind the counter's name was Seth. He did an excellent job when it came to customer service. I was there for a while and every so often he would check in to make sure I was doing alright, or had questions. I was in ear shot of the interactions he was having with other customers, he had great customer service skills and was always willing to go into detail about any questions he was asked. He was even praised by a father at one point for helping his son with his binder questions. He was even keeping a child entertained talking about pokemon cards/toys while the parents were shopping on the sports side at one point. Prices were a bit high for new merchandise but all within the market standards for the most part. I think the only complaint I could honestly say about the place as a whole is that they are closed on Sundays. I, myself, work during the week so thinking about going into a card shop after work on a weekday just isnt something i would do but, then again Im sure others love it. (I also understand the world doesnt revolve around me, so that's just my opinion) It just means ill spend more time in there on Saturdays and visit other card shops on Sunday. All in all thus far im giving them a 10/10. Keep up the good work. Ill definitely be coming back.”

“Great store for all your gamining needs! Plently of space for tabletop games like Warhammer and Star Wars. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable on all the games in the store. Store has tavern themes rooms for Dugeons and Dragons. Got to play some MTG Commander with some locals and their patrons are frendly. Store conveniently located next to food options. Looking forward to coming back during my next travels to the area. 100% recomend visiting if in the area and looking for any tabletop, D&D or TCG games!”
