I seriously questioned the reason for the failure as I wasn’t having any problems at all with my car. Kendra was super friendly and so reassuring. I dropped my car off yesterday and received a call today. Kendra informed me that the state inspection was complete and all I needed was windshield wipers!!! I was so excited I almost cried!
