I HATE TAXES !!! And, every year I go into a complete NERVOUS BREAKDOWN in the month of December (Year ending) before ( Year beginning) the start of NEW TAX YEAR. This team begins and really has to get me calmed down so I can think and get my stuff together. They have a WONDERFUL FRONT DESK Staff that makes sure All CALLS get to my Tax Preparer and Jonathan always calls me back! I am also, updated at what phase they are in and what things are looking like, so I can get prepared for what is coming! Customer Service at its BEST!!

All these people hold my hand and make sure the return is complete and taxes are paid!!! They are worth everything I pay for their services and I feel complete peace when I walk out!
