Unlike other managers I've had, David was quick to point out that he does not work on commission so there is no "motivation" for him to steer me into instruments that pad his income. That coupled with Schwab's competitive (if not the lowest) rate structure made moving all of my investments under him one of the easiest decisions I've ever made. I'd been aspiring to make greater finacial decisions for both my current and future endeavors, so therefore having some guidance in this space was going to be welcomed. However, I left with more than just "some" guidance after talking with Ian Williams. I left with a deeper knowledge of not only Fidelity, how to navigate its website, but so much more. Ian took a decent amount of time walking myself and my father through numerous things. Even allowing us time to discuss certain things amongst ourselves, (sometimes over and over again). At no point did either of us feel rushed or unintelligent during our meeting with him. I could go on and on but I'll just say, the experience was amazing from the first to last hand shake. I left feeling confident and excited to continue investing through this company.”
