Based on the reviews, Kempsville Pharmacy is one of the last real independent pharmacies in the area. The staff go above and beyond to take care of prescription needs. The personal service is exceptional, and they mail prescriptions directly, often at a price significantly cheaper than the box pharmacies. They are fast, efficient, and care about medicine needs. The pharmacists are very helpful and very kind, and the store’s appearance is neat and organized. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. They do everything they can to help get medication at the best price possible. The prescription comes in in a timely manner, and the customer service is awesome. All the technicians are so helpful.

I’ve had my prescriptions filled here for several years now. The personal service is exceptional. I live in the Eastern Shore, so as a convenience, they mail my prescriptions directly to me, often at a price significantly cheaper than the box pharmacies. I highly recommend!!!
