The customer service at this LLBean is phenomenal! I went in earlier this week to get a custom Boat and Tote bag to gift my friend at her bridal shower this weekend. When I explained this to the associate who helped me, she informed me that the person who runs the embroidery machine was only working that day for the whole week. The workers went out of their way to ensure that I would have the bag in time for my friend’s bridal shower, and the bag was ready later that evening. They even went so far out of their way to include a card inside the bag congratulating my friend. I have always loved LLBean, but this just solidified my continued support of this store and the company in general. The bag turned out amazing, and I know my friend will love it.

Website is wrong about what they have in stock. The first lady who helped me was honestly pretty rude but the other employees were helpful.

No men’s or women’s dressing rooms. One dressing area for men and women to share. Women cannot comfortably or safely try on clothes at the Lynnhaven location.
Convenient for moms shopping with their sons yet overall very dismissive and inconsiderate of women and risks to women. It’s a setback to the medieval era for women.

Inaccurate sizing recommendations on their website and they make you pay to return items even when there's no store within several states. I would suggest shopping elsewhere online.

Great store with great quality clothing. Normally, i shop online, but seeing the prints in person and making sure their Bean boots fit properly is always nice

I have had a backpack from here for over a decade and am now in high and it is still holding up in great not mint condition after use over all those years. I highly suggest getting one.
