Front desk experience was horrible. I was ignored. It was not explained that I needed to check in on the kiosk. The receptionist was not nice or helpful.
The tech in the back was kind and efficient.

The service and medical procedure was unexpectedly quick and efficient and the staff were still very considerate within reason.
Despite what these reviews say, I think they just expect too much and there is no room for complaining if the service was done right and straight forward without much dialogue.
