“I didn't think to make an appointment, so I was a hopeful walk-in. The excellent staff member working got me back within 20 minutes. My experience with quest was immensely better than any I have ever had at LabCorp. She showed me all of the tests I had ordered on her computer screen, had me check my name on stickers on the vials, and walked me through everything she needed to do. I'm a nearly impossible stick, so I was very anxious about this. She was amazing at finding a vein for me within seconds and got all of the vials needed. I'm hopeful to work with her for return labs!”
