“I entered MattressFirm with a little bit of knowledge and a budget. Roy and I talked for about 5 minutes then he said he thought what I was looking for was more likely on-line. After another 5 minutes we came up with a mattress that was very close to what I was looking for and definitely under my budget. He didn't try to upsale me. Was more interested in what was going to work for my situation now. In a few years when my situation has improved I will be looking for Roy again. A good solid business transaction without any BS.
