“All of the pharmacy staff here have always been amazing and friendly, but Angie went above and beyond! After a week or so of frustrated dealings with the health insurance over home delivery, etc, and worried that I would not have my medication in time for holiday travel (or have to pay almost $200 out of pocket!), Angie at the Pharmacy spent quite a bit of time on the phone, calling different numbers (at the insurance company's insistence), and calling me back at home to keep me updated. I was prepared to (though not happy about) pay for the script out of pocket, when she delivered the fantastic news that she was finally able to get a waiver due to the delivery delay! Merry Christmas! :)”

“Sooo I have rated this Kroger before and didn't have the greatest experience; actually it was a horrible experience. However, today I had a great experience! The store was fully stocked, organized and had some good clerks working. The deli department was busy and they were doing a great job getting things done today. It is a older African American women , with short hair, wears gold jewelry that helped me today at the deli (wish I could see her name) sorry that I had to describe. She was amazing and helpful! Ms. Shelly and Ms. Michele was very helpful and sweet as usual. Every time I go into this Kroger they are pleasant, and provide great customer service. They are so amazing!”

“First time at this location. I was actually shopping for someone else to ill to do it themselves. The store is located just off the intersection of Dam Neck and General Booth. The lot was clear of debris and walk up tidy. This is an old building, but it looked ok. I found the store clean and stock of items organized. The Deli staff was helpful and friendly. Although the store is older everything was maintained and in working order. I picked up a prescription and the staff had prepared it for my arrival. The staff was nice. This Food Lion has the only pharmacy on the Southside. I utilized self checkout which is new to Food Lion. I actually try to avoid, but the lines were long at the two full service registers. Everything worked fine and now hitches with processing my card. My receipt said I saved over $5 on 8 items using my MVP Card. I would return and recommend.”

“I've been coming to this particular (657 Phoenix Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23452) Wal-Mart for a little over a year. The thing that makes shopping at this location pleasant is an employee by the name of Josh (wish I knew his last name). Every time I see him...he has a smile on his face. He speaks to everyone and he is so helpful. I was shopping in the store recently and saw him. I had to tell him how great he is at his job and how much I appreciate his kindness. It's something you don't normally find in employees at Walmart. Most will not make eye contact or speak to you. Josh...stay the way you are...I appreciate you.”

“Customer service at this Food Lion is top notch. The store is kept well stocked. I especially like the meat department on the presentation and quality of the meats. The produce department is kept neat and well stocked on what is delivered. The check out staff always make sure sure you found what you came in for and if not they direct you to or find someone to assist you to find what you are looking for. the store is always kept very clean. This srore is where I do most of my shopping.”

“This newly modeled location is a beautiful store but the location is the only thing that makes it 4 stars , while I would go to this store more often realistically I avoid it because of the traffic and parking in the hilltop shopping center . I always make sure to browse around if I'm ever in the area for my bank or food . This store give me Ulta vibes . The prices are always a few cents to a few dollars more than other places comparable to any other drug store you expect to pay more .”

“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the time standing in line to check out. But like so many places, they may just be short on help. I absolutely love the selection of fresh flowers! They are always beautiful and the prices are good. They have a large variety of cheese and deli meats. The guys in the seafood department are awesome and very helpful. They have a wonderful selection of wines also. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful each time I shop there.”

“I wanted to update my review because I've had two good experiences at this location since my last review. Although the prices tend to be high CVS is in the business of printing coupons if you give them your phone number and a name. The last time I was there I bought fur rolls of unbleached, recycled toilet paper for $4.99, got a $4 off coupon, then immediately bought another one for .99 cents. Good deal. I made a return and it went smoothly without a receipt. A screwdriver was the wrong size and I think they had a record of it because I typed in my phone number when I bought it. Since I declined a printed and emailed receipt I wasn't sure how they'd handle it. It was no problem though and no questions were asked except for my phone number. I like their organic pistachios, but after I bought a bag on sale they ran out and haven't gotten them back in. The restroom is clean and most of the employees are friendly, helpful and respectful.”

“This Ace Check Cashing is located at the corner of Lynnhaven and Rosemont Rd. When i walked in it was only one person in line. The cashier greeted me and was friendly. She advised me if you have the app you can transfer funds from your bank directly to your prepaid card. No one else told me this, so i was happy she mentioned it. It will definitely save time in the future. They have a Flare pre-paid card thats $9.95 a month and $3.95 to load money each time. I like using the card for online purchases and paying bills. But seriously, at minimum of $14 a month it may not be worth it. Thats kinda pricey... But they offer several other services as well. Check cashing, bill payments, prepaid cards, and etc. The representative was nice and informative. She was honest and i appreciate Krystal telling me what i needed to know.. I'll return to this location.. The transaction went smoothly and i was in and out!! Check them out!!”

“Krystal the manager is superb! She went out of her way to show where an item was located & also was assisting in the comparison of an item I was pondering to buy. Krystal totally went above and beyond and has remarkable managerial skills. Alex was phenomenal as he was extremely polite, jovial, and helpful. Alex definitely deserves a raise as he has outstanding customer service skills etc. Krystal and Alex are an asset to Rite-Aide and will restore your faith in the chain, if you were considering choosing another pharmacy store.”

“I know this review says to talk about the company itself but let me be the first to open up about this very location in general. I am speaking on the behalf of their entire pharmacy structure. This location answers all questions about my medical needs without having me go through the automatic phone system, which I cannot honestly believe they have that much heedfulness for their patients. This location is close to my residence in walking distance but that doesn't stop them from keeping me on as a regular who receives their script here. I never have to transfer to any other location. They really embrace their company Rite Aid, and they almost remind me of similar workmanship and relatedness of a pharmacy who works directly for a hospital. They are a wonderful staff, the ones who take the time to appreciate their surroundings and what tools they have before them. I am just saying that if Rite Aid will continue to grow throughout globally and strive for their excelled results, I am all in it for them. Thank you all so much for helping me as a patient, I feel less labeled as a "patient" here because I only feel like my own growth because of what they have done for me here. I would highly recommend Rite Aid to anyone, if they haven't used the pharmacy before, because they made the image quite clear of what the purpose of the entire shop/store is right before my eyes.
