“I'm a first time shopper at the princess Anne kohl's location and will be shopping at the chain again. When shopping looking for a nice suit jacket and button up shirt for my son's senior prom. We were greeted after walking in and asked if we needed any assistance. I absolutely love the exceptional customer service we received, after working 24 years in retail I will be returning. This is how you are supposed to operate a store and my son was pleased from the management helping us to find the men's department. To finding the suit jacket shoes and shirt, we had help all around the board. Thanks for making our shopping experience all that and more.”

“Went shopping the other night and found a kids book my son would love, but it was falling apart. I looked for another copy but it seemed to be the only one in stock. I brought it to the counter and asked if maybe they could lower the pricing since it was almost broken apart. They changed the pricing swiftly and were so kind hearted. No nagging of getting a Tj Maxx rewards or credit card, light hearted conversation and wonderful customer service. All throughout the store the employees were kind. And I of course left with a bag full of amazing finds. Such a great Tj Maxx location!”

“I would say a great Marshall’s overall! We come here quite frequently and always buy stocking stuffers here. I will say though one thing that always puts me off about most Marshall’s locations is that they always have trouble with keeping the shelves organized… Not sure why that is such a big problem at almost every location. Another thing I would like to add on is the time in holds. Why would it make sense to not have items be held overnight? That really doesn’t make much sense to me! If I come back for an item I put in hold the night before and it’s not there I would be pissed!! Especially if someone else bought it! I would really appreciate if you took things like this into consideration. Other than that there is always great finds here and I always get what I came for. Super stocked location! ?”

“Love their lipsticks and perfumes, even the cologne is good too! Picking up online orders is a snap too! Their staff is soo friendly. They go above and beyond. Worth every extra penny to shop there.”

“Me and my significant other went to the NEX at Oceana June 27 2026 looking for perfume for myself because I was celebrating my late mother’s birthday. We were greeted by Sally and she gave us the BEST advice on what to buy with the biggest smile on her face. So soft spoken and kind. She was so good that she up selled us on only my bottle of perfume but also some cologne for him. We are both veterans and it felt good to be taken care of the way she did. Plus she offered us a lot of samples which I really liked and appreciated. Thank you Sally for your awesome work. It did not go unnoticed.”

And for delivery, no worries, Joint Base Little Creek NEX Home Gallery Furniture Store utilizes HD Solutions to deliver your product.I can't say enough about the delivery drivers Kelvin Lawrence and Jessie Fields, I have to say these young guys are consummate professionals. They have delivered items my wife and I, had purchased from the Joint Base Little Creek Navy Exchange furniture store on six different occasions over a two-year time frame, they off-loaded several large boxes, on each delivery, and put items where I requested, and each time they went above and beyond the scope of their normal delivery. Kelvin and Jessie had contacted me ahead of time, and said they were on their way and would be arriving at my home in thirty minutes, they arrived on time as stated. They got right to work and being mindful of keeping our home clean, their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while, with their positive and can-do attitude Jessie and Kelvin made sure to put the needs of the customer first.Starting from initial contact, their introduction, delivery, and performing the job as promised, performed a full inventory of what they delivered to ensure there were no issues. After assembling the furniture they made sure to remove all packing materials and boxes from the premises, They delivered a beautiful product and left as though they were never there. “Tim, one of the workers at the VA Beach location is the man! We found one boot we loved for our daughter for Christmas and it was the last in it's size but we couldn't find it's pair. I asked him for help and he literally RAN to help me find it and when he couldn't the first time, we told him thanks for the help and finished our lap of the store, he came running back to us to tell us he had found the other boot. He could've just wrote us off and went back to what he was doing when I asked for help, but he kept looking for us. Genuine care from that man.”

The store is very clean and well organized, even though it’s usually quite busy. There’s a huge selection and you can really find a bit of everything. From clothing and shoes to luggage, small accessories, and many well-known brands, the variety is impressive. You can easily spend time browsing because there’s always something interesting to discover.
What I really like about this location is that even though many of the brands are usually a bit pricey in regular stores, here you can often find great deals—especially on items from previous seasons or special discounted selections.
The store also has fitting rooms available, which makes trying things on convenient. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, and they communicate clearly in English, which makes the shopping experience smooth and pleasant.
Overall, this Nordstrom Rack in Virginia Beach is a great place if you’re looking for quality brands at better prices. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy finding good deals on fashion and accessories. Highly recommended! ?”

“They really helped me out. A nail in my tire was too close to the sidewall to patch. They had a good tire in stock at a decent price, pro-rated through my warranty. Took about 1.5 hours, no appointment and we got there about noon. Not a bad wait time considering all that! Plus the guys tolerated my mother who loves to go on and on about anything and everything, even joked with her. I'll definitely come back when I need something else done.”
“I've had enough of going in and out one set of doors! If we have to do that then open the middle set of doors! I skip the store if I can go somewhere else, or order Amazon. If I want pharmacy items, garden and home items, anywhere I have to go to the furthest department from the door, I'm not going in the store. Listen Walmart!!!
UPDATE to Feb. 2026....I have discovered that I can order my groceries on line and when they are delivered the driver brings them inside my house all the way to the kitchen....WONDERFUL!!!! I am changing to a 5 star....”
“First time utilizing the Walmart Pharmacy on Phoenix. My visit was for OTC only, but I did utilize the blood pressure machine.
The area was clean and stocked. I thought it was interesting that they record customers. High theft items I guess. I found what I needed. They had a wide variety of Refresh drops. I also looked at their protein drinks which are more expensive than the clubs.
Overall a good experience with over the counter. I did not checkout at the pharmacy.”
