Neptune's Park is a must stop on the Virginia Beach boardwalk, centered around an impressive statue that is a perfect photo spot. It is a beautiful beach area that is clean, with nice restrooms and a beautiful view. The area hosts festivals with events like sand sculptures and concerts. It is a very busy area but a nice place to spend the day. The park is dog-friendly, with dogs allowed pretty much everywhere. There is a playground on the beach for kids to have fun.
