Independence location poor management and unprofessional attitudes employees never seem to be happy

I've had some good experience so far with the Norfolk Granby Street location that bank manager is extremely nice the only thing is I opened an account at the end out August and I still don't have a debit card and it's so hard to set up an online banking like any other bank
