Lots and lots of parking, brand new and nice inside, friendly staff and a great waiting area, and lots of space in the drive-through lanes.”

“I'm reading some of these reviews and just shaking my head. Are we even talking about the same place? Every time I've spoken to someone there they have been nothing but pleasant. And one review said that they kept not taking her incident report number and would hang up on her? That doesn't even make sense. I haven't always been most pleasant person to talk to. I'm terrified of my financial situation. I went through BK in July 2022. I probably will never get this car paid off! That's not Tidewater's I'm just so grateful that they gave me a loan for this car. I'm the one who said yes to it. So who am I to complain about it? And again, they've given me no reason to complain. Everybody I've spoken to there are wonderful and professional and helpful. I have a feeling those other reviewers are talking about someplace else!”
