“Brenda J. and Ed wilson went above and beyond to make your clients happy. I tried to do a check deposit on the mobile app and it didn't work, it got rejected. I went to the branch on East Little Creek and I had nothing but an attitude. I just said I'll give you one more chance and I went to this location. Brenda took her time professionally and calmly and researched what I want to do. It's called customer service! Nonetheless I was able to deposit that check successfully! Ed wilson opened up a 13-year CD for me. I admit it could have went a little smoother but he followed through with everything he said. B+ service over all.”

Despite being on vacation, Fred promptly orchestrated support for me, ensuring my business operations continued seamlessly. Upon his return, Fred made a point to check in on my progress personally—a testament to his dedication. I’ve visited the branch multiple times since then, and each visit reinforces the feeling of being ‘at home’. Unlike other experiences, Fred and his team make an effort to address me correctly and remember personal details, which makes all the difference.
