“The staff here are so kind and knowledgeable. I started my puppy in “Puppy Preschool” and worked into “Obedience.” My dog, Bisou, learned so much and was advancing in skills every class with a lot of thanks due to the trainers. The trainers don’t just work with the dogs, they also work with the parents! I feel much more equipped to train my dog on new skills with the fundamentals they teach in all levels of class. Bisou always had fun and was always safe while working with the big dogs! I recommend this gym for all dogs in all training levels to the highest degree.”

“I took my senior aged dog for a wash and a much needed nail trim. It was my first time using their services and I was so happy with everything! The different options of shampoo were great and the eye/ear/teeth wipes were fantastic! Nellie came out of there smelling amazing and her fur was so soft! She didn’t like her nail trim much but the employees did such a great job loving on her to make her feel as comfortable as possible. The woman running the register was very kind too! Will definitely be back!”

“I had heard about this location for a while. I had heard of the wonderful prices, selection and how great the owner is. All of it TRUE! Everything FOR YOUR PET AND AT reduced prices., IT is well worth going out of your way to get here. I went in looking for a toy that I could not find except online and to pay for shipping. It just wasn't worth it. I found this place by mistake and was thrilled that they had this ball on a rope for my little dog. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. She stopped what she was doing and went and found it in the back. Btw, she had just gotten it and It was sure a delight to be able to replace the one Pepe had. IT was the exact toy I was looking for! She has things that have been discontinued and HARD TO FIND AND ALL IN GREAT CONDITION!!! There's excellent condition for pet clothes and boy, what diverse products she has, including bedding, , blankets and more! Located right off VB Blvd. Not far from Town Center and VB Central Library. Take time to make time, bring your fur baby !!! ???????????????????”

“I highly recommend this grooming business. Natalie has been grooming our goldendoodles for about 3 years. She is very attentive to their needs and provides a comfortable environment for them during appointments. She listens to any special requests and is happy to answer any questions you may have. Was thrilled to hear that Natalie has become the new owner! It is clear that she is passionate about what she does and only wants the best for your fur babies. Thank you for giving us peace of mind in knowing that our pups are in good hands on grooming day.”

“I've passed by this store many times and didn't realize how much it had to offer. I visited for vaccines for my pup but I noticed the store was very clean, lots of sales offered, and a variety of services(grooming, self-wash, and vet). It looked like they carried a good selection of products and we'll be back to shop.”

“Fantastic dog collar! Well made, beautiful and durable! I have been a long-time customer and have quite a few of these collars. The unique patterns and quality always stand out. There's always a compliment. Not only are they beautiful, they are durable. The quality is consistent. The collars I have from 2015 are just as beautiful and strong as my recently purchased. I machine wash, air dry, and we are good to go. I have gsd's, so you know they are rough on their collars. These collars have no problem keeping up! Plus, they are made in the USA. Ms. Bones, thank you for making such a stylish and tough collar!”

“I love this place I had taken my Bubba J here since they first opened in this location until I had say goodbye in August and will be taking my new pup Walter here. Last night as I have been a little frustrated with my new pup Walter and his chewing they recommended a bully stick. He loves it and my frustration is gone. Thank you guys!!!! I can't wait to bring Walter in for his first trim and a bath. Below is my old Bubba after a haircut sleeping like Yorkies do and the other is Walter chewing away on his new bully stick.”

“I genuinely never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at PetSmart that I felt compelled to this time. Courtney was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and actually took the time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed. She ended up saving me around $100, which was obviously fantastic, but honestly, it was the customer service that really stood out to me. That kind of genuine, helpful customer service feels so rare these days that I was honestly blown away. Courtney went above and beyond, and I really appreciate how much she helped my puppy and I. PetSmart, you have a great one with Courtney! 🐾”

“My favorite department is the bakery. It always has an excellent selection of fresh baked goods, and everything looks delicious. This is one of the cleanest and most organized stores I've visited. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Compliments to the manager for maintaining such a welcoming and well-run store. They also carry delicious chocolates and cookies, and the fresh flower selection is beautiful and very reasonably priced. My only wish is that this store were located in Moyock, North Carolina!”

“I absolutely love this Lidl! The great experience starts before you even enter the store: there is always plenty of parking, and shopping carts are readily available in both larger and smaller sizes. The store itself is exceptionally clean, and every employee is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Whenever I can’t find something, they don’t just point me in the right direction—they actually walk me to the item. The selection is excellent. As a Lithuanian, I especially appreciate the wide variety of European products, which is not something you find in many grocery stores. The bakery is absolutely incredible! There is also a great selection of meat, fresh fruit, and vegetables. I have been shopping at this Lidl for more than five years—as long as I have lived in Virginia—and it is still my favorite grocery store. I wouldn’t trade it for any other store. It truly deserves five stars!”
