“I absolutely love the team at Zoom Room! They are the sweetest people and truly care about our dogs. We have a very anxious pup that has difficulty in new situations but they make sure he gets the same level of attention the others do at his own pace. They really take their time with him and he’s learned so much with their help. Their location is nice and the scheduling system is wonderful for our busy life schedule.”

“Skylar worked on my dog Bear yesterday and she did a great job grooming my boy. She stated that Bear behaved well. She did a French poodle cut on him even though he is a Golden doodle. Short trim on him as he is being prepared for the hot summer that is coming soon. He looks so handsome and I wasn’t ready for the shorten haircut but I got used to it. Price was reasonable with a discounted rate . Bear is returning in 2 months for a follow up trim.”
“The perfect store for all your tarantula needs! They set me up with an excellent enclosure and even filled it up with substrate and foliage/cork hides. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

She is very attentive to their needs and provides a comfortable environment for them during appointments. She listens to any special requests and is happy to answer any questions you may have. The store is more like a petting zoo from the rabbits and other small animals right inside the door to the open bird section.
The fish area is awesome and carries a crazy selection.
This is the only place I’ve been that you can watch a stingray, pufferfish, or axlotle eat worms out of the caretakers hand.
Definitely a one of a kind pet store experience.”

“Tim, one of the workers at the VA Beach location is the man! We found one boot we loved for our daughter for Christmas and it was the last in it's size but we couldn't find it's pair. I asked him for help and he literally RAN to help me find it and when he couldn't the first time, we told him thanks for the help and finished our lap of the store, he came running back to us to tell us he had found the other boot. He could've just wrote us off and went back to what he was doing when I asked for help, but he kept looking for us. Genuine care from that man.”

“I come here for my cat Mr Biggalsworths food and supplies... The store is pretty spacious with lots of things to choose from for your pet!! They have groomers on site also. Its pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along if you want. They have disposable bags if your pet has an accident. There's lots of different food options and brands. My cat is picky so he normally waste my money because he's bougie.. He probably eats better than me... Lol... But i normally try a few different things to see what interest him. If i don't he'll attack my ankles late at night... Lol. Lesson learned...I am afraid of snakes so i normally walk around the right side of the building. This is how i avoid that whole embarrassing situation. Because i will, i repeat WILL knock over adults, children, cats, dogs, horses, displays, and seniors running from a reptile... Lol... Once fight or flight kicks in I'm a mess... Lmbo. So if your afraid like me walk around... The staff is pretty nice and they have a rewards program.. The store is clean and you get to see all kinds of cute animals while shopping... I like this store. Check them out!!(Sorry no pics... I am to scared to stay long (since they have reptiles) so i get in and out in 5 minutes or less) lol.. Smh”

“I love this place I had taken my Bubba J here since they first opened in this location until I had say goodbye in August and will be taking my new pup Walter here. Last night as I have been a little frustrated with my new pup Walter and his chewing they recommended a bully stick. He loves it and my frustration is gone. Thank you guys!!!! I can't wait to bring Walter in for his first trim and a bath. Below is my old Bubba after a haircut sleeping like Yorkies do and the other is Walter chewing away on his new bully stick.”
“Fantastic dog collar! Well made, beautiful and durable! I have been a long-time customer and have quite a few of these collars. The unique patterns and quality always stand out. There's always a compliment. Not only are they beautiful, they are durable. The quality is consistent. The collars I have from 2015 are just as beautiful and strong as my recently purchased. I machine wash, air dry, and we are good to go. I have gsd's, so you know they are rough on their collars. These collars have no problem keeping up! Plus, they are made in the USA. Ms. Bones, thank you for making such a stylish and tough collar!”
“I am hooked on the somewhat freshly baked pretzels and the lidl brand flavored ice type drink that sells for about half the price of one of the brand names located right next to the lido generic brand. I like the availability of the shopping carts and not burdened by the token system. I like having space to bag my own groceries. I don't like having only one register open with five to ten customers waiting in line and witnessing a couple of staff loitering aimlessly about. If they improved the check out wait I would have rated them a 5. Not much I'm asking. Get it done I know you can do better.”
“Relatively cheap has convenient. Generally has everything you need for meal. Location is convenient from house as well. Generally well, stocked, except for when seasonal rush happens.”
