“Took Bernese my standard poodle here for the first time today. What a great job they did handling and grooming my girl. She’s a spoiled brat and I’m happy with the job these ladies did. Reasonable price and customer satisfaction!!”

“Went to PetSmart in Norfolk at 7 AM to get my pup groomed, and Lauren C greeted us with the biggest smile! She was so cheerful and welcoming, especially that early in the morning lol. She asked what I wanted for my pup’s cut, and she absolutely delivered! We’ll definitely be coming back to Lauren C every time!”

“I’ve been taking my dog here for the past almost 3 years. We typically stick to our routined groomer but this last time I’ve had to get him groomed with another associate. I got the same results and came home with a happy dog! The ladies in the shop are not only friendly but try to help as much as possible to achieve the look you have planned out for your dog. They’re the nicest people who really do care about your animal!”

“I love the welcoming atmosphere along with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am one of the volunteers with Lil Roar Cat Rescue at the adoption center inside of Petsmart. The management and staff are very supportive and helpful with our kitties. We are all so happy to have such a great relationship with Petsmart and the best customers and adopters ever. A special thank you to all of the wonderful customers who donate much of the food and treats that Little Roar cats enjoy every day!”
