Top notch customer service. I have always had great customer service from PNC but Jacob went above and beyond to help me. Most of the bad reviews here are because it is a limited facility (not a full branch) so it has limited capabilities but the customer service is top notch.

This PNC location is a solution center. I needed to withdraw some funds from my account. I didn't catch the associate names. They were very helpful. I really appreciate both of them assisting me even though that location do not handle cash transactions. Thank you.

Needed a wire transfer, no problem, but they don't cash checks here, only deposits or transfers. Also no safety deposit boxes.
