My experience The manager Terry. It's very hostile like she's doing a favor. Just a very unprofessional. Later on she was riding around in her caddy card talking to a family members. There was some trash outside the unit I was renting. I asked .where you have a trash can around is this what she said? Take your own trash with you. I found a dumpster and put a couple cups in the trash can. Terry, you don't have to be so rude. Totally disgusting. She should not be working there. Reason why she is probably having a free place to stay for rent how she speaks to people this person does that and they need to be in public. Thank you

Josie provided exceptional service!
I had an issue with my account, and she promptly stepped in to assist me and helped resolve it quickly. Josie was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to be able to write a positive review, especially since excellent customer service has become increasingly rare. Thank you again, Josie...you truly went above and beyond!

They tell you that you get one month free. That's a lie. They are quick to try to get your money and add extras of whatever they pull out of their head. They change locks out and cut your lock to add their lock. Try to charge you for another lock. There are 2 spots to put their red lock on. When you try to pay a bill, nobody is at the office. 3 times I've been here, and nobody is here. Who is really the thief here now. Poor management and poor customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Josie, one of the ladies in the office. Josie was very helpful with explaining everything. The process to us showed us where our unit would be and explained every month how we will pay, and I just felt like the overall experience was very quick, very informative and very professional. I just want to say thank you Josie for making our move very easy. Have a great day.

This is a nice storage facility. The Site Manager Josie is very helpful and takes time to help customers. Any time I had a question or needed assistance she would always take her and would not rush the answers. Because of her professionalism and pride she takes with her customers and the facility, I would definitely recommend this facility.

They alter the review count this places ratings is not accurate at all! I’m posting 4 star so that yall can actually see what is wrong with this place. 25 days late on a payment due to a hardship that came this month and my locks where cut and they refused to replace them. Not one phone call was made to ask me if I would be making a payment and every call I made to communicate the hardship they never returned. I arrived to the storage to get stuff out for my newborn and my stuff is not able to be accessed with no lock on it to anybody willing to steal it. The ac does not work in the building like it’s supposed to and they have a mice and roach problem. They are ready to auction off peoples stuff for money so bad they don’t even give you a full month to fall behind before cutting the locks. I will never use a public storage again!

I have dealt w this company 7 yrs +. The payment began at approximately $101and has since gone above the amount of my car payment ($330). I pay my bill a month in advance. Chose the chat option to discuss bogus bad check fees this month and last month. 4 calls and 2 chats later the fees have been removed. There is an issue with a return for overpayment (haven't heard of this issue until now as they have never refused my early payment). Now they say the refunded it to the original form of payment (my checking account). However, my bank and the bank statements say they have not received a refund on my account (supposedly in May). Where is my $300 then? I no longer live in that city, so I can't just move my stuff to another storage facility. Also, thelast time I was there, a few years ago, there were rat/rodent droppings all over everything. I'm going to have to throw away brand new furniture and such. Priority now? Get what I can salvage out asap and end this arrangement. Oh, and the chats, they ask if you're there and then disconnect at the same minute. And my response took less than 30 seconds, posted the exact time as they closed the chat. You can't get the same agent, so each time you reach out to them via chat or phone, you have to go over the WHOLE scenario again, only for them to prematurely close it again. It's absolutely ridiculous. So, if you're looking for a storage facility, do not choose Public Storage!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the outstanding service I received from Josie absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, Josie was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I found the right unit for my needs, clearly explaining all the options, pricing, and security features.
Josie made the entire process quick and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm personality created a genuinely positive experience. She clearly takes pride in her work and cares about her customers—it shows in every interaction.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s Josie who truly makes this location stand out. If you’re looking for storage with great service and a personal touch, I highly recommend this location and especially Josie. She’s a true asset to Public Storage!
