Been a great experience with Jose at public storage, uncomplicated from the beginning, she always asks if things are well,smiles and just genuinely interested in the customer including myself. She has been part of 3 different moves now, and probably many more, thumbs up to Jose and public storage 😁

Josie is such an asset to your company she is always kind very helpful and very caring when it comes to her customers what a great asset she is to your company. I find that a lot nowadays there is not that happening with customer service nor managers that are in on site and Josie is a rarity if I could give her 10 Stars... read full comment
