Tammy was professional, efficient, and thorough in familiarizing me with procedures to get in and out of my unit that I effortlessly acquired online the night before.
Tammy got into contact with me promptly and stayed in contact and was accommodating to my work schedule to meet her there.
I can only hope my future with public storage is as good as the initial experience.

Brown recluse spiders in my unit after two weeks. I have 2 units here, and had movers moving my things. Of course they couldn't make them next to each other. Someone came through behind us and put a lock on one while they working, then disappeared. I was in the complex, this cost me hundreds of dollars.
