Jessica is awesome. She was working three different storage facility addresses the day she helped me handling business. At first I was a little impatient and then I realized she’s doing three peoples jobs. Either way she keeps the facilities running and she’s so chipper and energetic and y’all rates are great so I’m gonna keep doing business with y’all

Jessica was absolutely amazing!!!! Public Storage chose the best property manager to represent this organization. I’ve had good customer service; but great customer service is what I received today and that’s so hard to come by these day. Jessica was extremely patient, thorough and informative and I left with no questions to ask later. She deserves a raise, a vacation and anything else good that I can’t think to mention at the moment. Needless to say, I’m super grateful to have met her and satisfied with my service. Thank you again Jessica you make this company look good.
