Customers enjoyed a great experience at REEDS Jewelers. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional, making the shopping process easy and memorable. The service was wonderful, kind, patient and incredibly caring from beginning to end. The staff helped pick out wedding bands, cleaned and resized rings, and made seamless service with a phenomenal job. Quality jewelry and very good warranty was noted as better than other jewelers in the area. The Lynnhaven location was easy, enjoyable and amazing. The store is highly recommended for anyone looking quality jewelry and very good customer care.

Went above and beyond helping me with a clasp that needed repair from a recent purchase. Brandon took care of it from start to finish and made sure it was all covered under warranty. Turnaround time much quicker than I expected. Great post-purchase customer service.
