The gym is a clean, great gym with a pleasant atmosphere. The gym has plenty of equipment, weights, cardio, classes and courts. The outdoor addition by the track has free weights, tires and rope. The family fitness room is clean and friendly and the spaces safe for toddlers. The gym has fast WiFi and plenty of parking spaces. Staff is great and the area smells amazing and everyone friendly. Deep clean hours close the gym from 1-2pm every weekday for thorough cleaning. A weight lifting area has a very unpleasent smell that does not seem to go away. Great gym.
Ive belonged to a number of gyms in the Virginia Beach area since 1983. This gym ranks with the best.Not powerlifting any longer, and enjoy the safety and convenience of the plate loaded machines. Very clean gym!
