I know that generally you review a place for a service provided, however in this case, I would like to review the staff that collects the donations for this great organization.The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We have been donating here for years and have never had an experience where they seem ungrateful.

I suggest sensitivity training for Jasmine on the crisis line. Yelling at a victim calling a crisis line and being insincere and rude is unacceptable and should not be tolerated!!!! This is an ONGOING issue with your organization that needs to be IMMEDIATELY rectified!
