I was in need of a makeup artist for my birthday and photoshoot and decided to book here at Sephora for an appointment. I'm so glad that I did and overall had the best experience! I scheduled with Naeema and she was amazing!!! Her personality and customer engagement skills are PHENOMENAL!! She made me feel so comfortable and communicated so well with me throughout the entire process. I felt like I was being serviced by one of my closest friends that I've known all my life! She was that personable! I also loved the way she did my makeup. It was very professional, elegant, and stayed on all day! I highly recommend booking with her! Great staff as well!

I had my makeup done by Kayden for a Mommy & Me photoshoot. This is a photoshoot that I had to cancel and reschedule, due to the first time around me attempting to do my own makeup and it going horribly. I only had old products from when my skin was younger and oiler. Now my skin is more mature, fine lines, and dry. I booked a makeup appointment because I knew I needed professional help for this photoshoot, especially after having to reschedule it. Kayden did AN AMAZING, INCREDIBLE JOB!! He listened carefully to all of my concerns, and ensured to use products that would not further dry out my skin or enhance my lines. He also used products that would look good on camera. His product knowledge, customer care, and talent is worth every raise you have!! He was even great with my 9 month old that I had in a stroller with me. My photos turned out AMAZING, and my makeup looks great in them. I am so thankful!

Ana was amazing!! I came on the busy Sephora event sale and she helped color match me and made sure I went home with a sample of another product I was interested in. She’s awesome!

Alexis was awesome made me feel welcomed this was 1st time out of many visits that i had a nice, friendly associate. She helped with all my needs. Thank you alexis! She also gave me some samples.

Me and my cousins went inside of Sephora just to like try out some makeup this old lady this old lady I don’t know her name. She kept following us and like looking at us and then she told us oh you can’t use though you can’t use them so then we went into Sephora so we were just casually going over. I was trying to I was just using Then she was like you were expected to clean your mess up your Do anything and then we were just putting on make up and then she came over and was like blah blah blah blah blah so we left and now I hate that so far and I’m only going if she’s not there and I hope she’s never there

Today I went into Lynnhaven sephora and the only reason I went in there because my birthday gift and I had ten dollars Off. I walked in the store and nobody said anything to us. The two workers were doing each others makeup. We were in the store about 15 minutes and no one spoke to us. I went to check out and one person checking out while other employees just messing around. I dreaded going in there today and that is the reason. This store used to be so good and now it sucks!!!!!

Purchased a product and was recommended an item over in the Fenty Skin section. Took an item off the shelf, without any sort of force, one of the section’s large, heavy, metal signs fell directly on top of my head. The team member who kindly helped me out during my visit, Bug, quickly came over to see if I was ok. Clearly I was hysterical, trying to compose myself in the store, she called for a GM twice before someone came over and just asked me if this was the metal sign, now on the floor, that hit my head. This person never introduced themselves or their position and at this point I was upset, hurt, embarrassed and just trying to keep it together. After answering yes and then no response, I stated that I guess I would leave. No one responded or attempted to remedy the situation any further after.
My s/o ended up calling the store to speak with a higher up manager named Thursday. He shared that it was MY fault for not sticking around even longer for someone to tell me what was next (after I had been addressed by two Team Members.) Apparently an incident report was “filed” without my statement or contact info. Crazy to know that when a huge metal sign falls on your head in this businesses’ establishment, you are responsible for hanging out to figure out whats next. Your employees should have shared and asked more than if I was okay or needed a hug.
Corporate has been notified and was more understanding and in shock by the lack of immediate action or communication taken.

Owen is the absolute BEST. I’ve been struggling with acne ever since I switched birth controls and the products she sold me worked so well, and it didn’t even cost a lot of money! Shes the sweetest lady too.

DO NOT SHOP HERE… People are rude, unreliable and are not ready to solve any problems regarding an order. Ashley had placed an order online and I kept asking for a receipt or order number because she had not printed or sent me anything. Ashley and Kayse were very disrespectful. It was 5:51pm and all I wanted was a way other than an email to get my receipt for the purchase they had just made for me. No one gave solutions, they wanted me out so they could clock-out and Kayse even swept over my feet so that I could leave the store. Very rude. Sephora on Landstown offers better customer service.

Yesterday i went 2 times to this store. I said for my daughter we needed help to find the right shade for my daughter for her foundation . Someone call for we need help.. We were waiting then a lady came and she said nobody is available look yourself . I can understand if they are busy later on who came after us they were taking care of them. And they were not smiling they were so rude. Just at the register she had pink hair she was so nice and smile she apologized. My daughter said they have same attitude when she went before. We have own restaurant when we take care our Customer each customer is so special. And yesterday this store make me very unhappy.
