While I haven't visited this branch recently, I did for years with no issue. In appreciation of that compared to the AWFUL Town Center branch, I came to show appreciation of that in the form of a good review.

There is a good reason for this branch to have a two stars, I been with Truist/Suntrust for over 10 years. This branch always gave us headaches, looks like they almost do it on purpose to make your life harder. Shut this place down, Stay away from it
