The building itself offers a pool with music, gas grills, lit fire pits, a gym, indoor secure parking, elevators, a luxury office and clubhouse, and 24-hour security, contributing to a strong sense of safety. The community is dog-friendly and features a great diversity of tenants. The staff receives consistent praise for making the place the best. The leasing staff, including core members at the front, is described as outstanding, professional, responsive, and always helpful with excellent communication. Two blocks from the ocean. The boardwalk is my own sidewalk. An inner courtyard pool area. Walking distance to coffee, groceries, and restaurants. The management takes really good care of us and they are kind. This has been a great place to live in!
