They are the only shop in Hampton Roads that carries my vape juice. The owner is very pleasant and always attentive to his customers when he is there. Great experience overall. The gentleman who assisted me with my purchase — who I suspect may have been the owner — was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked in.
What really stood out to me was the appreciation for military service. Not only did he thank me for my service, but he also gave me a generous 15% military discount instead of the usual 10%, which was a really nice gesture and genuinely appreciated.

I suggest everyone shop here rather than other places run by incompetent, price gauging children (21 and older with minds of 11 year olds). In my opinion, there isn’t any other smoke shop in Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach) that are worth frequenting!”

“I actually really like this shop. It is very convenient for me. They have a great selection of whatever you may need from a smoke shop. Although I will say the last few times going here I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. The very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable little girl that they have it there now. And for that I will not be back. I tried to go in there and buy a new vape and she couldn't tell me anything about the products they sold there. So I went somewhere else. I have asked about other items and she has dismissed it without even looking to see if the item is in stock. I have tried several times including today, because I like this place and this little girl ruins it every time. I highly suggest coming from someone who knows how to treat customers and clients because my job is based on customer service....Get yourself a new employee. I also did call another location who gave me a manager number to discuss this which nobody answered.1/24/19”
