Gave the store a call the next day and explained how the taste was off and the pull was weak, she told me to bring it in. She had a look at it and was able to replace it for me! I explained to Billy why I came into the store and he took the time to really break things down for me in a way that was really easy to understand. “I drive all the way from the Oceanfront for my vapes & smokes. This establishment is run and owned by a wonderful man. The selections & prices are unbeatable. I suggest everyone shop here rather than other places run by incompetent, price gauging children (21 and older with minds of 11 year olds). In my opinion, there isn’t any other smoke shop in Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach) that are worth frequenting!”
“I actually really like this shop. It is very convenient for me. They have a great selection of whatever you may need from a smoke shop. Although I will say the last few times going here I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. The very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable little girl that they have it there now. And for that I will not be back. I tried to go in there and buy a new vape and she couldn't tell me anything about the products they sold there. So I went somewhere else. I have asked about other items and she has dismissed it without even looking to see if the item is in stock. I have tried several times including today, because I like this place and this little girl ruins it every time. I highly suggest coming from someone who knows how to treat customers and clients because my job is based on customer service....Get yourself a new employee. I also did call another location who gave me a manager number to discuss this which nobody answered.1/24/19”
