The lady that I talked to this morning was rude and she makes me feel like she doesn’t want to do her Job, I was the first costumer this morning and I have 7 packages for my husband, this is important to me and I was so excited to send those boxes, when she saw me she seems so irritated and disappointed while working. I mean, she’s an old lady, she should know the word, RESPECT!

Pretty fast service and kind lady. I was mailing in my passport renewal, and I had forgot to date my check which I already turned in earlier in the day. I came back around 3 hours later after realizing my mistake, the lady helped me locate and open my envelope so I could date my check and helped me tape it back up without any fuss.

Lost 4 packages in 2 months now. Submitted forms online only to have them "closed" and sent an email asking me to fill out a survey. No email nor phone calls about it.

I walked in at 230 and tried to send packages to my wife who is currently deployed. Was asked by an older woman who was off-put by my presence. I asked if I was able to send these packages today and she responded back with “did you fill out the customs forms?” I told her no, and before I could ask about the customs forms she told me she did not have the time to process my packages and that she was closing soon (in 30 minutes). Also, explaining that it would take too much time to help me because she had to close down her computer. She did help in telling me how to get to a different USPS off base and which customs forms to use and still had an attitude while doing so. Man must be rough working from 11am to 3pm. Terrible customer service. Would give no stars.

The lady who works there is always rude, it doesn’t matter how polite you are, she is always mad.

Lady here is just rude and mad that someone just comes in and asks polite my to check if they’re mail is here. I’m so sry you have to do your job, but everytime I come in? I cringe when I have business here.

Customer service really bad if theres lower than 1 star that would be them, I don’t know how they get employed by the base they have no respect for military and the laziest feels like they want 3 customer per day anymore its end of the world.

I haven't been to the Oceana post office since 2012 but the black lady who worked there at the time was the laziest and rudest postal employee I've ever dealt with. The USPS website stated that location was supposed to be open for a few hours on December 24, 2012. I was expecting a package and the tracking number said it was at the Oceana post office. So I walked over there (I lived on base) expecting it to be open. To my surprise it was closed. I then proceeded to walk around to the back of the building and saw a car parked in the area where postal employees usually parked their vehicles. I walked back to the front and knocked on the door repeatedly until the black lady finally opened it and said they were closed. I told her I had a package in there. Instead of going to look for it she just stood there and rolled her eyes thinking I would give up and walk away. I stood my ground and told her I wasn't leaving without my package. After what seemed like forever she finally goes and retrieves it. I just couldn't believe how lazy and rude she was. She kept the post office closed just because she was too lazy to do any actual work but still showed up to get paid for the day.
