  Pretty fast service and kind lady. I was mailing in my passport renewal, and I had forgot to date my check which I already turned in earlier in the day.   Lost 4 packages in 2 months now. Submitted forms online only to have them "closed" and sent an email asking me to fill out a survey. No email nor phone calls about it.

  The lady who works there is always rude, it doesn’t matter how polite you are, she is always mad.
