“My kids and I looked at a dozen vehicles over the weekend prior to Christmas. We were looking for a lower mileage vehicle for my daughter who is home from college in Chicago. Oceana Motors was our first stop. Took a 2008 Honda CR-V EX on a test drive - vehicle met expectations but we wanted to due our due diligence and look at the rest of the vehicles on our list. Before we left, Gilbert provided us with price quote and breakdown of costs. After finishing our day of searching, we went home and discussed our options. Considering all things, we felt the 2008 Honda CR-V EX at Oceana Motors was our best bet. I contacted Gilbert this morning at 7:30AM (12/26) to see if the vehicle and offer were still available. He assured me they were and he opened at 10AM. We had a 2 hour drive from the Eastern Shore so we arrived around 10:30AM. Upon arrival, the vehicle was already tagged with temporary tags and parked ready to go. I met with Gilbert who had all the paperwork printed out and ready to be signed. I provided my own financing so we did not need to mess around with any of that. Other than some small talk, I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. No haggling. No being told the vehicle was available only to show up to "it just sold." Gilbert was on top of everything. I appreciate his respect for my time and not wasting it. I would highly recommend Gilbert and Oceana Motors if you are in the market for a used vehicle.”

We test drove it and I loved it and because I was paying cash they went down on the price. They were super nice. After having the car for about a week I discovered that it needed an ignition coil. I purchased the parts and they fixed it free of charge. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I highly recommend them.”
