I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with the manager ( S. Lopez is the name she gave). From the moment our interaction began, she was rude, impatient, and dismissive. Rather than listening to my concerns, she spoke over me, rushed me, and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about.
I was simply trying to explain that I hadn’t been receiving my mail, and that I had received a USPS letter at my old address with a confirmation code that wasn’t working in the system. Instead of allowing me to fully explain the issue, she kept cutting me off repeatedly and made no effort to understand or assist.
Her tone was condescending and unprofessional throughout the entire conversation.
This is not how any customer let alone someone asking for help with a legitimate issue should be treated. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was astonishing, especially coming from someone in a management role. If this is how customers are handled, it speaks volumes about the leadership.
I left the interaction feeling disrespected, ignored, and completely unsupported. This experience was entirely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

As a truck driver delivering the mail overnight, the clerks are a pain in the behind. Both clerks are very disrespectful and nasty.

The delivery guy did not even knock on the door I caught him on my cameras just walking up to the door put a slip in the box saying could not deliver

One person working the desk at 3 pm literally the busiest time of day. The line is out the door and out of the building. Only I have to come here is to pick up mail, that is on hold. The last 6 weeks have been torture. I requested my keys to my mailbox at my apartment in early December. They lost my request and I resubmitted it January 10th. They said it would take 2 weeks. Here we are at about 6 weeks since my first request….. still no keys, and still no ETA for them.

If you're just dropping off it's fine. But if you want a label, be prepared to wait an hour. Just go to UPS, it's similarly priced and faster.

Clearly I’m not the only one having issues with this postal office. They are incredibly unorganized which can put people’s health at risk being that some medications are delivered via mail and placed in mailboxes. I recently moved with my girlfriend and they told us the keys would take about 2 weeks to be available to us. Well, we get there two weeks after and no keys. All this time there is medication IN the mailbox. The carrier was told TWICE to put the medicine on our doorstep. That didn’t happen. We go to the post office again, still no key. Still no medication. Go to the post office one more time…would you believe they had the keys this whole time! They didn’t look thoroughly and the keys were in the wrong spot. This has caused an immense amount of stress, time, and money due to missing work. They should be ashamed of themselves for this and they need to be organized. It’s a post office for goodness sake!
If I could give zero starts I would, it’s pathetic!

Postal worker dumping peoples mail in a slot and not in the correct place
Postal work called to fix the issue instead decided to let the ghetto out and very unprofessional. Can you have a professional person that will listen to the concerns call me . Obviously you were no help

Unable to get bills because I'm unable to get a mailbox key. Been waiting 3 months for the mailbox key. Have been forwarding mail to this post office and they lost it. Deserves zero stars but can't go that low
