Kathy and her team are great! I had a extreme difficulty dealing with verizon fraud department and Kathy helped me quickly resolve all my issues. I would highly recommend this location for any verizon service needs.

Korey did an amazing job with me, he was very knowledgeable about the products he was offering me and I felt very cared for. I ended up leaving the store happy and satisfied with my new phone.

Full service. Should’ve went here first. Knowledgeable and able to get my phone up and running in just a few minutes after going in circles on the phone with Verizon support and the Greenbrier corporate store being clueless.

If your phone is broken !!! Don’t bother going into the store . They gonna sit there and say they gonna set up an appointment with asurion(partnered with Verizon) to get your phone fixed well that’s incorrect they say that to get you out their store I went in to get my phone fixed and the I BREAK YOU FIX dude is looking at me like I’m crazy because the Verizon store did NOT help me submit a claim. Which they said they did not I’m running around with a broken phone not able to do anything like why not do your job and help me submit a claim than send me to the I break you fix . Their very unprofessional

I was having several problems with connectivity with my phone.a newer phone for a long time & even installed a phone booster in my house because of dropped calls...so I had to try to do something...I was recommended to upgrade to a new phone..so I got a new phone(different company)and was excited to learn how to use it... When I finally received it...I got little to No help..trying to use it.so I spoke to the manager that day .... Charles (the Manager)who was NOT helpful at all...and as expensive as the phone is as well as I am not good with the technology..I thought a Manager would be more helpful, his attitude was Like he didn't care if I was a customer or not...I know I can switch to other phone companies and I'm sure I would have NEVER have been treated like that...so I am really upset with customer service...with Verizon...on that day.

I went to Verizon at Hilltop because my phone stopped working.
A very nice employee, Fletcher, came up to me and I explained my issue. He told me to come and sit down and even held the chair for me to sit
He was very patient and treated me with such respect.
When I had to go home to get something and then came back, Anthony greeted me with a big smile and remembered me.
Best customer service from both of these gentlemen.

Charles was top notch. Greeted me at the door and tried helping me troubleshoot my phone. He wasn't able to fix it in the store but had Verizon support call me literally as I was walking out the door and they were able to remedy it within a few minutes.

Denzel was an impressive young man who was knowledgeable and helpful in the process of me finding a new phone that is right for me. He is a great salesman. There was no pressure to force me into something i didn't want to buy. Overall a wonderful experience!

Really disappointing experience. I came into this location to get help with my account and in the process of explaining my situation and trying to get answers the employee who helped me was very short and gave me a lot of attitude and made comments like "if I have to explain myself again I will but I already went over this" and "do you want me to break down my whole job to you?" when I was asking clarify questions to make sure I understand the issues with my account and how to get help. He was extremely unprofessional. I would never go back to this location and be treated that way again.

This store closed early. Very unprofessional. The store hours say 7:00 p.m., I was there at 6:50 to pick up one item that was directly on the shelf and needed no more than one minute to purchase, but the store was closed earlier than The hours stated and as usual there's no way to get in touch with the actual store
