I went into the Hilltop Verizon store and I was helped by a person named Kris they were amazing. Not only did they find a good solution for my needs but they saved me money! Kris was the most helpful employee at the hilltop location. Kris immediately greeted me at the door as soon as I walked into the store and politely asked how they could help when I was stressed out about my broke device and losing all of my content. Kris reassured and connected with me about the sentimental value of my past on family members photos. Kris not only restored all of my content all with in a timely manner but offered her contact number just in case I had questions about billing or my new device. That’s what true customer service is about. Now the other reps I’m sure are great to. However I can say I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received in this corporate store all thanks to Kris and will definitely will be seeing Kris in the future!

Words cannot even begin to express how appreciative I am for this locations manager, Charles. He literally saved a 10 year customer from canceling a 6 line account because of his exceptional service. Charles went above and beyond to help my family and I with a very stressful situation with one of our phone lines. I have never received such great customer service before. He was not only extremely professional, he made no excuses and was solution focused. He was very empathetic to our situation and stress and completely took control of the situation and made everything so much easier for us. Thank you so much Charles! Verizon is so lucky to have you.

Going into the store I am reminded why I do business with Verizon on-line.Long wait... software that doesn't work right... and asked to cone back next week when the system updates correctly.Hayden was great; he did all he could to help and I appreciate his knowledge, hard work and professionalism.

The upgrade to Jon's phone put his maps voice in Indonesia, so we didn't know how to change it back. They got it to the back & changed it back, and I asked him to show me & it was so simple, but knowing both of us, we'll both forget how to do it, hopefully not. Jon plans to change it to the Pixel cause the representative said "if you're vanilla, the Pixel will work for you." Well, guess what, Jon is vanilla when it comes to technology, and that would work for him. We have to wait a little while to do that change, gotta pay off his current phone first.

Lots of bad reviews for this store. I think that is historical. Customer service was fantastic. I have been here 3 times and will keep coming back. They are happy, helpful and supportive regardless of the how painful it can be to deal with Verizon in general. Our sales associate Zippora was wonderful.

Came to store to upgrade phones the manager (Shawn) and sales rep were unwilling to sell phones to me with a lower level insurance that I asked for. Was only going to do the sale if I did the work on my phone. I came to a store for the service Verizon offers not to sell myself a phone at their counter. When I was not wanting to do the sale on my own phone Shawn called me “a funny guy”. The lack of professional and rudeness is the reason I’ll never come back here. They also had there name tags hidden so I had to ask for their names.

Hands down the most awkward sales experience of my life. The entire store was filled with annoyed customers and short tempered unprofessional staff. I came in on a lunch break and if I wasn’t on a time crunch I would have taken my business elsewhere. The sales associate became irate when we asked questions on the price plans. Completely bizarre. Recommend Verizon some customer service training for the 101 basics of how to present yourself with customers. This store needs a management shakeup. Odd experience.

I don't know if this is the Verizon location from which I've been provided technical support but I'm here to commend Verizon (something I never thought I'd do!) I had new siding put in and the fiber connection for my FIOS was damaged. First I called - they did a remote session by accessing the camera on my phone and confirmed internet wasn't working but that it wasn't the siding guy's fault. The Virtual technical was amazing - she seamlessly booked a field technician advising they'd be out the next between 9-11. This morning I got a text at 8:45 saying they're coming, arrived, assessed and repaired in less than an hour. And incredible nice and professional - well done Verizon!

Ny and Lisa were so amazingly helpful especially for my parents who are not naturally tech savvy. This will be our permanent cell phone store and provider because of their customer service!!!
