Customer service and the agent were great. Fast service, good deal on my new phone, and with a new plan the price went down by $25 a month for 3 year lock down. Works for me. I recommend the store on Phoenix Dr.

The staff were awesome and very helpful. That is the only reason for a 5 star review. However, we are in the midst of a heat wave and there ac is broken. As appreciative as I am for their presence, as a nurse I am more concerned about their health. This location should be closed until they are able to SAFELY open under cooled conditions. A customer passing out from heat stroke or exhaustion would not be good for Verizon.

This store is my go to store the lady that was in here was by herself with alot of people in the store but I was able to get the best customer service when I'm ready to buy a new phone I will be coming back here but I'm old and on a fixed income so when I can

I worked with Ashley from the Virginia Beach store. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and coached me on how to use my Verizon app. It was a pleasure working with Ashley.

I stopped by this location about two weeks ago after filing a claim with Asurion to replace my iPad. I had been running around in circles trying to sort this out and the representative, Ashley, knew exactly the number to call! I definitely think having her with me on the call accelerated the process of replacing my iPad. I am so grateful she was working that day.
