The customer service from Naz was excellent! He was very helpful - to the point he found some ways to save me some money off of my plan and also adding some services (hotspot/music) that I didn't know was available. Definitely recommend this store and especially receiving service from Naz

Left T-Mobile to come to Verizon. Customer service with Jamal at Verizon was TOP NOTCH. He made the transition from one provider to the other as seamless as possible. He got us a great deal. We were in and out of the store in no time. I only regret not leaving T-Mobile sooner.

Great experience, I knew what I was going to purchase. I was provided with additional information about the product I was interested in and made the purchase. What made this a great experience was the Verizon representative did not try to up sell anything.

Karen spent almost an hour with me Sunday to try to resolve a billing question. The business officer did not help either of us. We arranged to meet on Monday. I tried to cancel our appointment after a resolution call to central Verizon billing department. Karen, thank you!🤩

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Verizon as a whole has way overpriced plans , terrible service coverage especially if you are in Norfolk, and upon calling and going into this location, either lie or are not on same page with phone reps .
African American manager is rude and unprofessional and it matches how this entire company operates - THE WORST

Zero Stars. We are gone/done in 30 days, after 23 years of service.
My daughter and I bought 2 new phones, while on vacation in Virginia Beach,in July 2024. We were told, great news, you can have 2 new I Phones14 for free! Just pay for the cases. We paid for the cases.
Two months later there were 2 new lines added to our account, with DC area codes, 202. We live in MD. Next, I called Verizon, please cancel these 2 extra phone numbers, not ours, added by the store, unknown to us.
Next month, charged $1,200 +, due to the 2 lines that were cancelled. I have called Verizon many times, MANY reps, explained it all, over and over. Promised to take care of it.
Finally today, I ranted to the agent, this must be fixed NOW. So, they are charging us for my daughers phone, and I will return my phone (not opened) to get a $600+ credit. They had promised a $1700 credit, and gave us far less. We paid for 2 extra lines since July, and then were charged to remove the lines.
After spending 20+ hours with Verizon on the phone to resolve this, no luck calling the local store, and not getting 2 free phones, I will terminate service on our three lines. Done. I can not believe how terrible the service is with Verizon. You can verify this with my name at Gmail.
PS- the follow up from the owner was nonexistant. I followed the link and nothing became of this. Now they have increased our monthly fees. Bye.

My boyfriend and I (both over 60 and technologically challenged) Went in for a Long overdue phone
Upgrade, the young woman helping us was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in her job.
They were understaffed the day we were there. She was helping us and greeting everyone else that came through the door. It took a little while to transfer old information to the new phones, she made the experience painless .

After receiving 2 new iPhone 15 online, Verizon instructed me to drop off the trade ins at the Red Mill store for shipment to the Verizon warehouse. The staff at the store did not seem to know how to process the transaction. After 15 minutes of waiting they handed me a Fed Ex tracking slip and said I was good. 2 weeks later one of the phones didn't make it to the warehouse. This is the 3 time I have tried to use this store. 1st time was for assistance with activating phone. They wanted to charge me an additional $30 to assist. 2nd time was when we tried to remove the find my phone feature off the phones and they couldn't help. 3 strikes.
I would advise not to use this store.

This is the Verizon location to use for helpful staff and correct information. It gets busy, so weekdays in the middle of the day are best. Jess and the other members of the team have been super helpful. New phone, account changes, new lines - they are helpful with all of it.

Came in due to my SIM card not working and the guy that helped me, I believe his name was Juan, was super super helpful! He gave me a lot of insight on trade in values as well and was informative. Thank you for your help!!!
