Needed some help with my cell phone. I also needed to go over the possibility of a new plan, and the possibility of a new phone for one of my family members. Everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently and reasonably. The employee I worked with is named Ken. He was considerate and understanding of my need to keep my sunglasses on due to eye surgery. He even lower the shades in the building to reduce the sunlight for me. I have been with Verizon for over 30 years, and this was the best experience to date. I hope Ken's bosses see this comment, and if there's any in-house bonus for him, due to his excellent customer service, that they will grant it. Thank you so much.

Jose. I believe that is the person that helped me approximately 2 hours ago. He is the best phone expert I have had help me in years. He was polite and very good at his job. He helped me select the right plan and phone (leaving apple and at&t) In a world filled with so many people that just dont care, it was so nice to be helped by someone that does. I highly recommend this location and this person for any purchases. I am so very grateful for the help.

Shaun and his team were excellent. We went in with a cracked screen preventing unlock, confirmed that photos and all that were backed up via a laptop, then were able to set up a trade in and new phone. In an hour or so total we were up and running with the new phone and a good case!

Representative totally misled my son who went in to get a new phone. Rep downgraded all lines in the plan, added a plush new line and promised no change in overall bill. Rep said nothing would change but new line. Total misrepresentation of the facts and I am still trying to restore other lines in plan to what they were.

Is it possible to give zero stars? Went in to the store to pick up my phone that’s already paid for in the locker and when I opened the locker, there wasn’t a phone inside. Employee tried to give me Margaret’s phone(whoever she is) then just said she couldn’t find it in the back. Called Verizon and they said they have to submit the claim as stolen. Never went home with my phone and I have called for over an hour..no one can give me a direct number to the store. Just the normal Verizon robot.

I picked up an iPhone 14pro on 8/6/2023 and returned it on 8/11/2023. We were unable transfer either phones, we transferred everything back to T-Mobile, on 8/7/2023. I received a credit of $7, and now you’re trying to bill me $155.96. I have the paperwork showing when I returned the phone ,which was five days later. When I returned the phone, the service should have been disconnected. Now I have to return to the store to dispute the charges and ask why they didn’t cancel the service, when I returned the phone. Being charged $155.96, for a service and a phone I don’t have. Why wasn’t the service canceled when I returned the phone on 8/11/2023?

Brandon was absolutely amazing and handled my millions of questions and indecisiveness with ease! He helped me trade my phone and watch out for new phone, watch, and air pods all along with a new number! I definitely left knowing I went to the right place.

Every VZ I've been to their focus is on sales and not assisting with problems with phones. Not sure what's going on with 4G/5G VZ service either. I live within a mile of decades old towers and service is getting worse instead of better.

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever had in a retail store. I went in with the problem of not being able to get into my account, somehow screwed it up and I was so impressed by The level of knowledge and training that Ryan had. All I wanted was to fix a simple problem and left with a new business phone and business number iPhone 14, and since I've been a customer for 12 years I was able to REDUCE my monthly bill and get free phone upgrades for all the devices on my plan. I drive out of my way to Redmill just to go to this particular store and have never been let down. I'm getting ready to get a business internet service provider for my store in Norfolk and will not hesitate to drive to Redmill because I know they will deliver. Thanks Ryan again.
