TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL THEY HAVE NO MANAGERS THAT ARE NEVER IN SHOP TO HELP OUT THIS LOCATION AND VERIZON NEEDS IMPROVEMENT AS A WHOLE GREAT SALE CONSULTANTS BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY MISLEAD . AS A VERIZON CUSTOMER I WOULD EASILY TAKE MY BUSINESS TO T-MOBILE IF I WAS YOU.THIS DELAYED AND VERY SCANDALOUS PROCESS ALMOST COST ME MY JOB .

I had a wonderful experience today, & other times in the past, with these great folks. Megan was so kind to me and provided excellent customer service! The store happened to be very busy, but she recommended I remain on the waitlist while I ran a few other errands. She was so supportive to my needs, and went the extra mile with quality recommendations. Out of all of the locations, this is the one I would personally recommend to anyone looking to upgrade your service or switch to Verizon versus another provider. A+ Thank you!

Check the low rating reviews.. they’re all right! This Verizon location is HORRIBLE! Workers do not use the check-in system properly. They will make you stand there for half an hour up to a whole hour!!! They are very inconsiderate of other peoples time and will be joking around instead of getting customers in and out the door. Some blonde worker in the center was throwing out sarcastic remarks about people being impatient, but she’s doing close to nothing to fix the issue of a long line of customers! Go to any other location in the 757 area and you will receive better customer service. Absolutely ridiculous!

We’ve had pleasurable experiences with multiple employees at this specific location multiple times. We’ve had to go in a few times since my father passed with different issues in our family plan and every experience has been positive with the staff at this location, but Isaac and Joshua deserve a special shoutout. Isaac is one of the friendliest & always there with a smile ready to help! Joshua is meticulous and a pleasure to work with… both are beyond helpful.

I had the best experience at this store today. I had spent HOURS on the phone trees with Verizon business trying to get my old number ported in only for them to drop my request 2 times. I decided to go into the store and unfortunately I can’t remember his name but a representative helped me port in my number within 30 minutes. He was able to get through to the right department on the phone and solve all my problems. Also, all staff there were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming!

I want to rate Isaac, the employee that helped me a 5. He was exceptional making sense of a mess that 1 of the non corporate stores made out of my.I want to rate the store at 3. Because it took me 25 minutes to even get to speak to him. Because there was only 2 people on the floor when I got there.

I was met by a staff member as soon as I entered. The lady was very nice; she made me comfortable while I waited my turn. I am pleased with the service and equipment she provided.

I am a loyal person and customer. My goal is to shop locally in Virginia Beach and avoid third party shipping. Most of the employees at this Verizon location has been friendly and helpful over the years. A couple of days ago I signed in with the older lady at the entrance. She really was not interested in my request for accessories. I felt like being checked in at the DMV or Courthouse….she said wait here I will check. I really wanted some additional accessories and browse around. The older lady went to back and returned over 30 minutes later. I asked her did they have the accessories. She giggled and said no, I got caught up on a phone call. I said You Had Me Wait Here Over 30 minutes❗️She giggled and said I apologize. I was so annoyed and left?❗️ I am okay if you politely tell me in a timely manner you do not have the accessories. The lady’s overall attitude is unacceptable ❗️I went home and ordered my accessories from Amazon ?❣️

Went for an upgrade today on two phones for my wife + I and Ameer was solid from beginning to end! It was a long process because we both had a lot to transfer over but he stepped in, communicated with me throughout, kept checking in while juggling multiple customers coming through the door, and waited until a few mins after closing time until both phones were done transferring. His explanation was very thorough and he handled everything with patience although there were some tech hiccups with the phones and the business account.Doug was also amazing and checked in with me during that time frame as well. It was a busy day and he handled some difficult situations professionally. Highly recommend this location and working with Ameer + Doug!

THIS is the ONLY Verizon store at VA Beach I would trust!There's a veteran gentleman by the name of Isaac who will take absolute fantastic care of you or your loved ones with NO BS. His whole team here seems great.-(former) auditor of mobile retailers including Verizon, Cricket, AT&T, etc.Came in to get activated in a hurry, was not disappointed.

I went to this verizon wireless store yesterday to see about upgrading my phone. Gave my name and number to be put on the list so when a salesperson freed up I would be helped. I walked around looking at phones and watches awhile while people came and went. I noticed a couple people that came in after me were being helped. I decided to leave and worry about it later and at a different location. As I was leaving the person who put my name on the list said "excuse me but you're next". I left. I've been a Verizon wireless customer since the 90's, the service has definitely declined over the last few years.Would have been 1 star but the FIOS salesperson was friendly.
