“After 25 years of pet ownership I am so grateful to have found this team. They are thoughtful, organized, professional and reasonably priced. They asked great questions that put me at ease at our first time appointment for our new rescue.
I got to opt out of suggestions that didn't fit our needs and opt in for others that did. They also were hands down magical for my puppy pet-icure. He gets screamy and anxious with everyone else and with their gentleness and peanut butter bribes, my puppy was quiet and accommodating.
Additionally, when we needed more nail trimming, they recommended the groomer adjacent to them The Ruff House Bayside and they were equally amazing!

While I never got to use their services (my baby took a turn for the worse overnight and I had to rush her to an emergency vet), I can without a doubt say they would have been the most caring, and compassionate people to have assist me with my babys passing. “I have been going here with my dog Gunner since we got to Virginia Beach a little over 2 years ago. The whole staff has been nothing but excellent and kind. Even when the new veterinarians took over( Dr. Perkins & Dr. Fennelly) it has been great service. I recently had to put Gunner down this past week. Although that was a very sad experience for me, Dr. Perkins was amazing during the whole thing and explained everything. I even received a hand written sympathy card in the mail from the whole staff. “Absolutely amazing service. We had an emergency and called at least five vets prior to here with no luck. Hill top was able to squeeze us in between appointments with the best care for my dog. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, we were not rushed by any means. The pricing was also super affordable for the quality of care. Definitely recommend.”

“Today was the horrible day that all families fear. Having to put your loved one down for their own good and releasing from the pain. I called beach pet hospital first thing in the morning and immediately got us in. We have been using a different vet for the past several years and they keep pushing his appointment back. Beach pet hospital not only was able to get us in right away but made the best of the situation with their great staff. “I have a poodle named Jasper. In 2016, he had some skin infection issues, and through a friend's recommendation, we came to this animal hospital. Acredale has been taking care of his health for the past ten years. Two weeks ago, due to his old age, pneumonia, and skin cancer, we visited the hospital. After an efficient and professional examination, Dr. Madison offered several treatment options, and we decided to bring him home and take medicine and keep conservative treatment. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it. I called to cancel Jasper's follow-up appointment and let them know we lost him. Today, I received a card from them—thank you for the comfort from Acredale! Once we get through the grief of losing Jasper, we will bring our new puppy back here! Absolutely!”
