“This team is exceptional. I had called for next day services as my baby was at the end and they without issue scheduled an appointment for when I needed. While I never got to use their services (my baby took a turn for the worse overnight and I had to rush her to an emergency vet), I can without a doubt say they would have been the most caring, and compassionate people to have assist me with my babys passing. The staff diligently worked to assist me with international travel requirements for my two cats, even helping during off hours and personally contacting me when need be. From the client care team, to the technicians, to the management, I received kindness and attentiveness throughout the entire process.
Notably, the veterinarian who assisted me, Dr. Ann Ayre, was exceptionally knowledgable and supportive.

“After I kept a friendly feral cat born in my neighborhood, he had to get his shots. I already have several rescued animals and needed to start saving more on vet costs. Therefore, I have been going to cheap shot clinics for his needs. This is the best one that I've been to. It's seamless. You show up, check in on your phone and even if you don't have a car, they have a waiting room for you to sit in. You don't have to just stand in the aisles of a store in a long line. They come out, talk to you and give your pet his/her shots/deworming treatments. Then, you get checked out and go on your way. It's great. Prices are fair. This is the cat that went...his name is Perseus and he is the friendliest feral I have ever met.”
“I went to the va beach location and From the reception, techs and drs. I received great care all around for my guy! They were able to squeeze me in on an emergency basis and tried everything they could to save my dogs eye. Unfortunately they did have to end up surgically removing it. I did have concerns during the healing process and there was always a doctor on call to answer my questions and they all seem like they really cared. The surgical site healed beautifully. Everyone here seems very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. My dog needed extra care during the procedure and they made sure everything was done correctly before doing the surgery”

“I have been going to the Courthouse Vet Clinic for the past decade and have never had an issue with them. The clinic gets busy, however, the staff are very helpful, attentive, and caring. Dr. Watson is absolutely amazing at what he does and is very knowledgeable, informative, and takes the time to explain his diagnosis and treatment plans. During a recent health scare, the team helped turn our cats health around. They continued to reach out to help, informed us of lab results, and checked in on our cats health throughout the week. I can’t recommend Courthouse Vet enough!”

“My cat’s wellness exam went smoothly. We were seen on time. They were gentle and loving with my cat while they were examining her. They talked to her in a gentle voice while probing her ears.
They allowed me to stay with her, and at checkout time we could stay in the exam room so we didn’t have to be near any dogs.
They called the next afternoon with the test results. When we got home my cat was relaxed, not nervous and edgy as she had been at other times.”
“I have been going here with my dog Gunner since we got to Virginia Beach a little over 2 years ago. The whole staff has been nothing but excellent and kind. Even when the new veterinarians took over( Dr. Perkins & Dr. Fennelly) it has been great service. I recently had to put Gunner down this past week. Although that was a very sad experience for me, Dr. Perkins was amazing during the whole thing and explained everything. I even received a hand written sympathy card in the mail from the whole staff. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for them. Thank you very much. If I ever get another dog, I’ll be coming here for all the wonderful service.”

She took the time to listen to us and do a thorough evaluation on her. Fast forward 2 weeks and our dog is improving everyday! They truly care about the animals and properly treating them. “Today was the horrible day that all families fear. Having to put your loved one down for their own good and releasing from the pain. I called beach pet hospital first thing in the morning and immediately got us in. We have been using a different vet for the past several years and they keep pushing his appointment back. Beach pet hospital not only was able to get us in right away but made the best of the situation with their great staff. This was my first dog and I didn’t realize how tough it would be when the time came. BPH took care of us and our dog. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet to help. “I can't say enough good things about this clinic! We recently got a new 8 week old puppy, and they have gone so above and beyond to make sure he's adjusting well. The vibe in the office is great, and the doctor is so patient (even with my 1000 anxious questions). They call to check on the dog any time they are worried about him, and the doctor even sent us a handwritten card with a photo of the puppy. This just really feels like a genuine, caring staff. They remember all the patients and parents, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our puppy got really sick today, and I called the clinic just to run some questions by them. (Not the first time I've done this, and they're SO gracious and helpful). I called them in the late afternoon and they offered for me to bring him in immediately. We had a different doctor than our usual today, and she was also truly amazing. She spent so much time with us, talked with me several times as test results were coming back, by the time we left there the puppy was in significantly better shape, and we left with everything we needed to get him through the next 5 days. The vet even told me I could text her late night tonight if the dog declines further! I saw a couple negative reviews about pricing- I could not disagree more. Their prices are great compared to other places in town- and the vet actually really goes out of her way to make sure you're not paying for things you don't need. With how sick the dog was today, I was willing to pay for any and every single diagnostic test, but instead they did them one at a time to make sure I wasn't paying more than necessary. The bill was half of what I expected. I'm so grateful to have found this clinic- I wish I could find a doctors office for humans that is as perfect as this vets office”

“We bring our 3 cats here and absolutely love this veterinarian practice. Dr. Deavers and the staff are extremely kind and patient with our felines who do not at all like leaving the comforts of home (as is normal for cats). Dr. Deavers and the staff are also great at remembering who I am and who my cats are on the rare occasion I stop in without the cats which adds to the experience and makes us feel so cared for. We are able to schedule appointments easily and I find the prices are very reasonable. Our cats get seen annually for checkups and one of our cats has had 2 dental surgeries there of which both went great. I highly recommend this practice for your pets!”
