Takes 3-5 business days to refill a prescription that gets auto refilled. Lord help you if your doctor calls in emergent meds cause you'll meet the Lord before your meds are ready! 😑

Went home came back an hour later its 8:25 is still not ready

I went to pick up my elderly mothers Fentanyl patch through the drive thru and they gave me a bottle. w I questioned the tech as to why he/she is handing me a bottle and not box like they usually come. He/she said they put the patches in the bottle. I parked and checked..they gave me someones Adderall. I had to go in the store. They quickly exchanged. Huge mistake.

So a couple of years ago when the Rite Aid I had been using for 20 years went out of business, they transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens. To say it’s been disappointing is putting it mildly. They rarely have anything in stock, always needing to order the medicine and waiting days for it. The drive-through wait times are atrocious. I understand every customer deserves their time but 20 minutes or longer for a single vehicle at the drive-through when there is a line of six or seven vehicles? Maybe it’s time to try CVS.

Pharmacist was curt and condescending about explaining prescriptions. Customer service has really declined since Rite Aid went bankrupt and had to switch pharmacies. I get the volume is greater but no need to make your customer feel like an idiot.

id leave zero starts if i could. unfortunately i didnt have that option of choice so i gove you the lowest possible. whicm you do not even deserve at all! horrible customer service period. worst walgreens ive been to. no point in even bothering to call the pharmacy and ask if they have your medication in stock or not. your wasting you time if you do! they do not answer the phone at all. ive been getting sent straight to the call back music. no one says hello or anything. they just hit a button and i hear the annoying music while i wait. ive been on hold with no a recording for over an hour literally. zero start for this store. period. go to first colonial walgreens. you wont be ignored when u call their pharmacy. this holland walgreens is total shit and you deserve no good feedback from this customer. ill never shop or refill prescriptions with your location. the worst service ever. the worst!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pharmacy is a joke. They are rude when you spend a whole week before you need your medication calling to make sure it will be in stock and ready for you the day you need it. They're quick to hang up the phone after they say "yes" it will be ready. Only for when the day comes I need my medication which is a Friday they don't have it in stock. EVERY SINGLE TIME. So now I have to go a weekend without my pain medication because of their incompetence. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Save your sanity and time and go somewhere else!

The pharmacy has improved leaps and bounds from what it used to be. I’ve gotten many of my shots through their people and it’s much better than other experiences I’ve had. Obviously the prices outside of the pharmacy suck because it’s Walgreens but for anything insurance can cover, well worth the trip.

Talking about bad advertisement. Walgreens claims to have passport photos ready in a few minutes. I had my photos taken at 8:55am and they told me they would be ready between 3-4. I will absolutely not recommend this location.

This Walgreens has Wonderful customer service. The young clerk helped me twice to find items. I was very appreciative. Pharmacy personnel are professional and experienced taking care to prescribe correctly. At one point there was commotion in nearby parking area a clerk came out to assist me with any apprehensives.
